In honor of some of the great Gator players, I will be counting the 100 greatest Gators, one per day until kick-off. The rankings are based on accolades and contributions to the University of Florida. Members of the Gator Ring of Honor and the Hall of Fame (Gator Greats) are weighted above others, with additional consideration for NCAA College Football Hall of Fame, major awards (such as the Heisman), All-SEC honors, and school awards (such as the Fergie Ferguson Award).
