Wine review: Vino de Eyzaguirre Cabernet Sauvignon

Vino de Eyzaguirre is smooth Chilean cabernet sauvignon from the Colchagua Valley. I found this in the bargain bin at World Market. At $10 a bottle, this one is an excellent choice for everyday drinking.  It has good fruit, medium body, and will work well with a wide range of foods.  It lacks complexity and the earthy undertones of more expensive cabs, but you can use the burlap sack as a loofa when you are finished drinking it.
