Red Brick Pizza’s Bianca, as the name implies, is a white, Italian-style pizza with sausage, roasted pine nuts, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and garlic sauce. Like all the pizzas at Red Brick, this pizza is cooked in a terrra cotta pizza oven at 1000 degrees in just a few minutes. This is probably the best pizza I have eaten in SoCal. 5/5.
