Cubicle Warrior’s blog… week 4 of 213…

Home is the place where, when you have to go there, they have to take you in. —Robert Frost. After a month in LA, I was able to go home to San Antonio for Memorial Day weekend. The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it. — Thucydides. This Memorial Day, I will remember the US military members that have fallen since I enlisted into this all-volunteer military in 1995. Afghanistan 2003-present: 1,984. Iraq 2001-2011: 4,486. Yugoslavia 1999: 20. Bosnia-Herzegovina 1995-2004: 12. Haiti 1994-1995: 4. Colombia 1994-present: 8.
