Pollo topolobambo translates to “shredded chicken and guacamole wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with melted cheese, more guacamole and sour cream served with green and red chiles.” Basically, it is a chicken burrito smothered in chile and cheese. Very good. Reminds me of Albuquerque enchiladas. 5/5 stars.
