Wine Review: Probability Napa Valley Oakville 2007

Probability Napa Valley Oakville 2007

Probability is a blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah. Grapes are handpicked and aged in both French and American oak before bottling and has flavors of ripe red and black fruits such as black currant, raspberries and cherries. One my my favorites. Oddly enough, I have not been able to find this one in SoCal. This picture is actually from San Antonio last year. 5/5
