As a sophomore year, he was used sparingly with only five starts, 17 receptions, 198 yards, and 2 touchdowns. In the following year, he played well in the Orange Bowl and tallied 38 receptions, 712 yards, and 7 touchdowns. As a team captain, he had his best year with 1,088 yards on 71 receptions. He was a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award and 1st-team All-SEC his senior year. He finished 10th on the all-time list with 133 receptions.
