According to the Sushi Zushi menu, the Godzilla Roll contains “Fried Crawfish, Cream Cheese, Toreado Serano Chiles, Chives, wrapped in Avocado and topped with Sriracha sauce (Spicy)”. This is my second favorite roll behind the crawfish toreada roll. 5/5 stars.

The Oaklawn Roll is one of those non-authentic, oversized, overpriced sushi rolls that I swore I would never eat. This delicious, non-authentic, oversized, overpriced sushi roll features fried crawfish rolled uramaki style topped with spicy salmon, wrapped in avocado topped with four colorful caviars and drizzled with honey wasabi cream sauce. Will I lose Asian points for admitting my love for this roll? Yes. Is it worth the criticism? Definitely. 5/5 stars, and I am proud to admit that I love this roll.

In episode 3 of our search for the best sushi in San Antonio we have Sushihana. The gyoza was great! I personally liked the California Roll better than Kona Grille or Sushi Zushi, because it had the caviar and masago at no additional cost for $4.85. Based on Karen’s recommendation, I tried the Sushihana Roll for $10.95–basically a California Roll with snow crab, shrimp, and spicy mayo. I would rate this place below Sushi Zushi, and about even with Kona Grille.
